I found this video and it dont let me go…as Shaolin is the source of many Internal Arts it is interesting to see a master performing it.
Espacielly if one knows that he is a master in Neijia Quan too, it makes more sense. Everything in his actions is extremly clear, expression of power like an „praying mantis“
