This Blog is about the so called Internal Martial Arts (IMA) and last but no least about Qigong (Chi Kung). As you look serious you can see that there are billions of ways to develope a healthy and powerful body & mind system. But the IMA are a profound, fascinating and fast way to come to amazing results if one puts some time in it.

Our Focus is not on fighting, we are looking for the developement of body & mind through this arts. But the fighting aspect of this arts is what IMA is designed for. To practice only forms without physical contact to an uncooperative trainingpartner, without the martial aspect is completely wrong …but for the Internal Martial Artist coming from the outside form to the combat application is the most difficult part in the training process and this is the main point on this blog.
